Installation
------------

We recommend you close all other applications before
installing the effect.

Step 1 - Selecting the installation location
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Windows VST versions:
Execute the installer. It will find on your hard drive the
applications where the plug-in can be installed. If several
applications are found, you will be asked to choose one.
If you want the plug-in to be installed for all those
applications, you will have to install it on each one.
If the installer could not find the VST plug-in directory,
it does not mean you do not have it; you will be asked to
locate the folder where you want to install your plug-in.
* Other versions:
Execute the installer. You will be asked to choose the
directory where you want to install your effect.
Step 2 - Unlocking the plug-in
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

* Commercial versions only:

Then, you will have to enter the personal unlock code.
Enter your name and the unlock code you were given. The
unlock code will be checked only after running the plug-
in the first time. Therefore, if you have mistyped your
code, please uninstall it first (using the uninstaller
program if available, else removing the files), and
install the plug-in again.

Step 3 - Running the program
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Please refer to your host application reference manual
to know how to start a plug-in.
Uninstallation
--------------
First close every application potentially using the effect.
This is very important, as the uninstallation will fail if
the plug-in is still in use.
Windows specific
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Go in the Start/Program/Ohm Force menu, and run the
uninstaller from there.

Other systems
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Locate the folder where the plug-in is installed and
delete the files manually.
Minimum system requirements
---------------------------
- SVGA card giving a resolution of at least 800x600.
- 128 MB of RAM
- 50 MB of free space on the hard disk
- Working sound card
- Mouse
Windows specific
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

- Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP or later
- Pentium III-class CPU or later
- Host application compatible with the plug-in standard.

Macinthosh specific
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- MacOS 9 or MacOS X, depending on the exact effect version
you chose.
- PPC G4 CPU or later
- Host application compatible with the plug-in standard.
Demonstration version specificity
---------------------------------
The Demonstration version is limited to about 8 hours of
use. There is a very little hiss in the background (-96 dB)
which amplify over the time. Sorry if it is annoying, but
this version is only for testing purpose. If you want to
get an unlimited version, please buy the product.
